Benefits of Regupol
Tough and resilient
What is Regupol?
Regupol is the manufacturer’s brand name, but they have several products for use across many applications. At Insulation Express we stock acoustic underlay and isolating strips.
The underlays are tough and resilient and can be used across different types of flooring, such as ceramic tiles, sheet vinyl and carpet.
Isolating strips are for timber and metal studwork and are designed to isolate noise and vibrations at the source.
What is Regupol made of?
Regupol is made of PUR-bonded rubber fibres and granules. It is a permanently elastic material that is supplied in rolls, sheets or moulded products.
Can you tile over Regupol?
Most types of Regupol acoustic insulation can be covered with a range of different types of flooring, including tiles. For example, the Regupol Sonos Multi Underlay can be used beneath ceramic tiles, sheet vinyl, vinyl tiles, wood laminate flooring and carpet.
