What is Regupol?

Can you tile over Regupol?
Most types of Regupol acoustic insulation can be covered with a range of different types of flooring, including tiles. For example, the Regupol Sonos Multi Underlay can be used beneath ceramic tiles, sheet vinyl, vinyl tiles, wood laminate flooring and carpet.
