PROMINA-M

PROMINA®-M is a multi-purpose building board developed by Promat using the latest PromaX® mineral matrix technology to form a Cement Bound Matrix (CBM). PROMINA®-M offers many advantages when used as an internal wall lining or partition system including:

• Lightweight: Lightweight construction is a major criteria for a building system as this will ease the overall installation process and cost of the project.

• Fire Protection: PROMINA®-M has excellent fire resisting properties and has been independently tested to provide up to 30 minutes fire protection for steel and timber frame partitions.

• Sound Insulation: Using PROMINA®-M as part of a standard timber frame or steel stud partition will provide good sound insulation and a system can achieve up to 40dB(Rw) using single layers of 6mm board and cavity infill insulation.

• Easy to Decorate: PROMINA®-M can be easily decorated with wallpaper and paint to achieve an aesthetic finish.
   
• Non-combustible: Reduced fire load.

• Class 1 Surface Spread of Flame: Reduced fire spread.
