Application
An expanding fire and acoustic foam for use when sealing joints or gaps, less than 45mm in width, in compartment walls and floors, lightwieght partitioning, fire rated doors and service penetrations, where the integrity and insulation of the firewall needs to be maintained.
Description
Exton TNF240 Fire & Acoustic Foam is supplied in 750ml aerosol can and is applied via a tube that is attached to the nozzle.
- Properties
CFC & HFC free, seals irregular gaps and expands over 40 times the cans volume.
Thermal conductivity 0.032 w/mK
- Fire Performance
Up to 4 hour fire rating with integrity and insulation in gaps of up to 45mm
Tested horizontally and vertically
- Acoustic Performance
Offers up to 60db sound reduction
- Tested to BS 476 Part 20
