Solid Wall Insulation
Did you know… 1 in 4 homes in the UK has solid walls?
More than a third of all the heat loss in an un-insulated home is lost through the walls. If your home was built before 1920, its external walls are probably solid rather than cavity walls.
You can insulate walls internally or externally. Internal wall insulation is done by fitting rigid insulation boards to the wall, or by building a stud wall filled in with mineral wool fibre.
