Main Uses
For joints / gaps in compartment walls and floors where service penetrations pass a fire rated wall or floor and the integrity and insulation of the firewall needs to be maintained
Fire Resistance
The Exton Batts can provide up to 240 minutes fire integrity and 120 minutes insulation in a wall and 117 minutes integrity and 62 minutes insulation with only one batt thickness in floors.
Mastic coating provides a class 1 spread of flame and no coat back is required for integrity only around service penetrations
Acoustic Performance
Laboratory and site tested in various situations offering up to 58 db reduction
