It is made with a lightweight material which requires less supporting framework and foundations than other building products. Because it is quick and easy to install, it does not require scheduling of specialist trades, so you can finish the job sooner.  HardiePlank™ siding is less messy on site than wet trades, so your clean-up costs are lower.

HardiePlank™ siding is BBA certified under number 04/4147. The product has been evaluated in accordance with the protocols and acceptance criteria of ISO 8336:1993 (E) and was found to be compliant, per evaluation report no. 3035670 (December 31,2002).
