Technical Installation Guide

• Starting at upper floor level and lower surface of the fire stopping pipe collar, peel back tape to inner fixing tape and fix to service pipe.
  
• Fold blanket and fully enclose service pipe.
  
• Remove release tape to outer fixing tape, affixed to ‘flange’ of the blanket and fix flange to upper surface of blanket.

Karmaplus Acoustic Pipe Wrap is suitable for use in all building types. It is used where service pipes pass through separating floors to reduce sound transmission between adjacent floors and dwellings.

Karmaplus Acoustic Pipe Wrap consists of an encapsulated mineral  wool wrap with two self-adhesive fixing strips designed to assist in
reducing unwanted noise in waste pipe enclosures. The product  complies with Approved Document E of the Building Regulations and
Robust Detail requirements.
