Exton TNF 70 Slab System

Description

Very high density stone fibre batt of 70mm x 600mm x 1200mm, white coated on the top side with a smoke and fire resistant sealant.  These are cut to suit on site and fitted between joists, after removing a number of loorboards, secured under compression and bonded with Exton EX240 Intumastic

Application

Used to upgrade the fire resistance of timber floors to 90 minutes fire integrity and insulation. Often used where a lath and plaster ceiling must not be disturbed or where access is not possible from the soffit face because of occupancy of a dwelling or congestion caused by mechanical services

Fire Rating

Tested to BS 476 Pt 22. 90 minutes fire integrity and insulation
Thermal conductivity = 0.035
